What we look at, what we refuse to look at, and how long a file lives. Each of these is a rule the product holds to, not a statement of intent.

Prospects only, never your clients
Atintra researches people you are considering, not people you bank. Client data stays inside the bank. Every file starts with a required confirmation that the subject is not an existing client, and a run will not start without it.
Public sources only
Company registries, exchange filings, regulators, official gazettes, court judgments, land and property records, and the financial press. Nothing is bought from a data broker, and nothing comes from inside your systems.
What is never sought or inferred
We do not seek out health, religious or sexual-orientation material, and we never infer it. Political exposure is reported only where it bears on how the wealth was made. No subject under 18.
Rich lists and aggregators are never a source
Net-worth sites, wikis and aggregators never become a line in a file. Where one turns up it is recorded as a lead to chase and nothing more.
No estimate of what anyone is worth
Atintra quotes the figures the record states, verbatim, and says whether the story fits the relationship size you told it to expect. It does not total them, model them, or infer a net worth. This is enforced in the product, not left to a writer.
Every run is recorded
Each file carries the models used, the prompt version and its hash, the source list with tiers and access dates, and who confirmed the subject's identity and when. Exports carry that record with them.
Who processes the research
Two processors see a subject's name. Parallel (parallel.ai) runs the web retrieval; Anthropic writes the narrative and checks it sentence by sentence against the sources. What reaches them is the name and identifying details you type into intake — nothing else, and never anything about a client. Both run in the United States.
Deletion and retention
A file can be deleted at any time, and its exports go with it. Monitoring on a subject expires after 90 days unless a decision has been recorded against the file.
Your requests and ours
Write to access@atintra.com and a file is deleted on request. The same address takes any question about what is held, where it came from, or how it was reached.
It supplements, it does not replace
Atintra is prospect research. It may surface public information relevant to the wealth story — a court judgment, a regulatory filing — but it is not a comprehensive screening system and does not replace sanctions, PEP or adverse-media screening. It decides nothing: a person reads the file, removes anything they do not stand behind, and signs it.
